Echols Family Reunion 2018
Hello family members & greetings to all, on behalf of the Echols family reunion committee; we trust this letter finds everyone doing well and very excited about the Echols Family Reunion 2018.
So, let’s jump right in and get to the business necessary for
“The Greatest Reunion on Earth”
The dues for 2018 have been set for $175.00 per adult (we are classifying anyone over 18 as an adult) We are asking for the adult dues to be in to the committee’s treasurer by March 1, 2018 The monies collected will be used as the deposits for the picnic area , banquet location ,food , games and prizes for the weekend activities. Any monies left over will remain in the Echols family account and will be used toward next year’s family reunion deposits.
-The youth dues will be $65.00 (8yrs-17yrs) due May 1, 2018 -Kids under 7 will be free
Reunion Weekend (this is a “rough draft” a basic outline there are still a lot of spots that will be filled in. However, this is our goal)
Date/location August 24-26- Indiana
Friday – Hospitality Room Meet and Greet (light snacks will be served)
Game truck for kids on site of hotel
Saturday – Carnival Themed Picnic
Saturday Evening - (free time/on your own))
Sunday Banquet – we will recognize the oldest family member present at the reunion. We will have a memorial for our deceased family members. Plus, much more….
The hotel accommodations, t-shirt and where to send the dues will be detailed in the February newsletter.
Anyone who is interested in working with me to make this the greatest reunion on earth please let me know so that we can have our conference call at the end of the month.
